Recently I have been trying out some new makeup brushes from Real techniques, Morphe, Zoeva and B.brushes. I have to admit that I was really impressed with all of them and how well they applied my makeup, so I thought I would share my opinion on them,
enjoy!
Morphe
The two brushes I have purchased from Morphe are the M528 which is a pointed contour brush and M511 which is a eyeshadow blending brush. I would honestly recomend both of them to everyone. The M528 picks up just the right amount of product and is the perfect tool for defining facial features. Its a multi-purpose brush that has a slightly pointed tip which is ideal for applying highlighters, and blending bronzer to create gorgeous contours, and also great for blending blusher and foundation. The brush retails for around £11.95. The M511 brush is also fantastic and it blends eyeshadows perfectly without mixing all the colours together too much. The brush is also simular to the 244 Mac brush which costs around £23, so the Morphe brush is a cheaper alternative retailing at £4.75.
Zoeva
The Zoeva 109 is my favourite brush out of all my new purchases as it picks up the product perfectly and evenly distributes it across my cheek bones. I use this brush for powder bronzer, but it is actually meant for liquid bronzers (In my opinion it works well for both). The brush costs £11.50 which is a great price and I think I will be using this brush for a long time as its great quality and I'm altogether really happy with it.
I am a massive fan of Real Techniques and have been for a while. They never fail to impress and there is not one brush from the range that I don't like. I have recently purchased the blush brush which I bought for £8.00. I usually use it for blusher or highlighter because I find it to be the ideal size to apply product to the apples of my cheeks and my cheek bones. I would definitely recommend this brush.
B.brushes
Before getting these brushes I had never heard of this particular brand, however I was soon amazed by how affordable they are. I currently own the powder brush which was £9.99 and the contour brush which was £8.99. The fibres of both brushes are extremely soft on your skin and feel the nicest out of them all. The only negative thing I can say is that the contour brush doesn't pick up much product, so I prefer to use it to blend after using my Zoeva 109, rather than to apply bronzer directly. The powder brush is simply amazing and the best powder brush I have tried.
